You are responsible for the information you record about your home. Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.

4. Intellectual property

Scout owns the Service and its original content, features and functionality. They are protected by international copyright, trade mark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

5. Limitation of liability

Scout and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
